Shipping Policy

 

1. Delivery Coverage

At present, we provide delivery services exclusively within Australia.

Orders with delivery destinations outside Australia cannot be fulfilled at this time.

2. Shipping Fees

Our shipping policy is based on the order value:

  • Orders of 99.99 AUD or above (including 99.99 AUD) qualify for free shipping.

  • Orders below 99.99 AUD are subject to a flat shipping fee of 8.99 AUD.

Shipping charges, where applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout.

3. Taxes

All prices displayed on our website already include applicable taxes.

No additional tax fees will be added at the time of checkout.

4. Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed and successfully paid before 6:00 PM are processed starting on the same business day.

Orders placed after 6:00 PM are processed on the next business day.

If the order falls on a non-working day, processing will begin on the next available business day.

5. Processing Time

Once an order is confirmed, it typically requires 2 to 3 business days for processing prior to dispatch.

During this period, we prepare, verify, and arrange shipment of the order.

6. Transit Time

After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 8 business days.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier workload, and external circumstances beyond our control.

7. Carriers

We work with trusted logistics partners depending on operational needs, including:

  • DHL

  • FedEx

  • UPS

8. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided.

You can use this tracking number to monitor shipment progress and delivery status at any time.

9. Responsibility Statement

Please ensure that all shipping details provided are complete and accurate.

We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, or by unsuccessful delivery attempts due to customer contact issues.

In cases of delays caused by external factors such as severe weather or transportation disruptions, we will provide assistance where possible; however, exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

10. Delivery Inspection Notes

Upon delivery, please inspect the outer packaging carefully before accepting the parcel.

If visible damage is detected, please record it at the time of delivery and contact us immediately.
