Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across Australia. Delivery outside Australia is not supported at this time.

2. Shipping Fees

Orders of 99.99 AUD or more, including 99.99 AUD, are eligible for free shipping. Orders below 99.99 AUD are charged a flat shipping fee of 8.99 AUD.

3. Taxes

All product prices shown on our website include applicable taxes. No additional taxes are charged at checkout.

4. Cut-Off Time

Orders placed and paid before 6:00 PM are counted from the same day for processing. Orders placed after 6:00 PM are counted from the next day. If a non-working day applies, processing starts from the next business day.

5. Processing Time

After an order is confirmed, processing typically takes 2 to 3 business days before dispatch.

6. Transit Time

The estimated total transit time is 5 to 8 business days after dispatch. Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier operations.

We arrange delivery using one of the following carriers, depending on operational requirements.

8. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be provided. You can use the tracking information to follow shipment status and delivery progress.

9. Responsibility Statement

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address details, or unsuccessful delivery attempts due to contact issues, are the customer’s responsibility. If delays occur due to events beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather or transport disruptions, we will assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.

10. Delivery Acceptance Notes

Please inspect the outer packaging upon delivery. If the package shows visible damage, record it at the time of delivery and contact us as soon as possible. If an issue is identified after acceptance, please contact us promptly and provide relevant details so we can assist with next steps.
